This website is owned and operated by Eric Gould under the name Eric the AI Guy, based in Texas. The site describes practical AI marketing and workflow help for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

I aim to provide useful strategy, copy, workflows, and AI-enabled marketing support. But business results depend on many factors outside my control, including your market, offer, pricing, audience, follow-through, tools, and timing.

Free AI Intake sessions

A free AI Intake session is an exploratory conversation. It does not create a paid engagement, partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship. Paid work begins only when both sides agree to a written scope, price, and terms.

Paid services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms, or written agreement between us. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project-specific written agreement controls for that paid work.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, images, and other content on this site belong to Eric the AI Guy or are used with permission. Please do not copy, resell, or present this site content as your own.

Ownership of client work product should be handled in the written agreement or statement of work for that project.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it in a disruptive way, impersonate someone else, or use the contact options to send spam, harmful content, or unlawful material.
